জ্বর Fever
অতিশয় উত্তাপ বা অতিরিক্ত ঠান্ডা লাগা শারীরিক ও মানসিক পরিশ্রম। অপরিমিত আহার বিহার, অন্ত্রে কৃমি, রাত্রি জাগরণ, ঋতু পরিবর্তণ, ঘর্ম রোধ, জলে ভিজা, ভয় পাওয়া প্রভৃতি কারণে জ্বর হইতে পারে। জ্বর নিজে কোন রোগ নয়, অন্য রোগের প্রতিফল স্বরূপ জ্বর দেখা দেয়। এই কারণে জ্বরের কারণ জানা বিশেষ প্রয়োজন। হোমিওপ্যাথিক চিকিৎসা দ্বারা জ্বর আরোগ্য লাভ করবে এবং জ্বর পরবর্তী সময়ে কোন পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া নেই।

চোখ, মুখ লাল
প্রচন্ড মাথা ব্যাথার সহিত ভীষণ জ্বর গা অত্যান্ত গরম একটু তন্দ্রা ভাব আসিলেই
চমকাইয়া ইঠে। স্বল্প বিরাম জ্বর মধ্যে মধ্যে গরম ঘাম।
v জেলসিমিয়ম
সকল প্রকার
জ্বরে রোগী নিশ্চুপ হইয়া পড়িয়া থাকে।ডাকিলে সারা দেয় না। পায়ের তলা ঠান্ডা মাথা
গরম অত্যান্ত দুর্বল তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্ন হইয়া পড়িয়া থাকে। মাঝে মাঝে চমকাইয়া উঠে। জল
পিপাসা বড় একটা থাকে না।
v ব্রাওনিয়া
অবিরাম সবিরাম
য কোন প্রকারের জ্বরেই হোক,লক্ষণ মিলিয়ে ব্রায়োনিয়া প্রয়োগ করা যায়।
সর্বাঙ্গে বেদনা, কাশি, রোগী চুপ করিয়া পড়িয়া থাকে নড়া চড়া করে না। নড়াচড়ায় তার
সকোল যন্ত্রনা বৃদ্ধি। কোষ্ঠবদ্ধ জিহ্বা হরিদ্রা বা সাদা বর্ণ। প্রবল পিপাসা, অনেক
বিলম্বে অধিক পরিমাণে জল পান করে, মাঝে মাঝে প্রলপে বাড়ী যাইবার কথা বলে।
v রাস টক্স
ঠান্ডা লাগিয়া,
জলে ভিজিয়া, ভিজা সেতসেত স্হানে বাস করিয়া সর্দি কাশি, জ্বর, গাত্র বেদনা, রোগী
সর্বদাই এপাশ ওপাশ করে। চুপ করিয়া থাকিলে রোগীর সকোল যন্ত্রণাদী বৃদ্ধি।
v আর্সেনিক এলবাম
অবিরাম সবিরাম
বাত জ্বর, ম্যালেরিয়া যে কোন জ্বরে লক্ষণ মিলিলে আর্সেনিক প্রয়োগ করা যায়। গাত্র
দাহ, ছটফটানি,মৃত্যু ভয়,অবসাদ,অল্প পরিমানে ঘন ঘন জল পান, পায়খানায় ভীষণ দুর্গন্ধ।
v ইপিকাক
যে কোন জ্বরের
সহিত বমি বমি ভাব অর্থাৎ গা বমি বমি জ্বর আসিবার পুর্বে রোগীর হাই উঠে। জ্বরের সময়
রোগী চুপ করিয়া পড়িয়া থাকে। ইপিকাকের জিহ্বা প্রায় পরিস্কার থাকে, মাথা নীচু করিলে
বমির ভাব আরো বৃদ্ধি পায় ইত্যাদি লক্ষণে ইপিকাক অব্যর্থ।
v এরাম ট্রাই
টাইফয়েড জ্বরে
জ্বরে রোগী নাক ও ঠোট খুটিতে দেখিলে এই ঔষধ সেবনে জ্বর সম্পুর্ণ আরগ্য না হলেও লক্ষণ
অনুসারে অন্য ঔষধ ব্যবস্হা করিলে শিগ্রই উপকার হয়।
v সিনা
কৃমিগ্রস্ত
শিশুদের জ্বর প্রায়েই বিকাল বা সন্ধায় আসে। খিট খিটে মেজাজ, ঘুমের ঘরে চিৎকার দিয়া
উঠে। দাত কাটে নাক খোটে, ঘ্যান ঘ্যান, প্যান প্যান করে।
v পালসেটিলা
হাত, পা, চক্ষুজ্বালার
সহিত প্রায়ই বিকালে জ্বর আসে। মুখ শুকাইয়া যায়। তবু জল পিপাসা হয়না। শান্ত স্বভাব,
কোমল মোন, গরমে কাতর, খোলা বাতাস পছন্দ করে এই ধাতুর রেগীতে ইহা উপকারী।
v মার্ক সল
জ্বরের সহিত
ঘর্ম, ঘর্মের সহিত জ্বর। ঘর্মে জ্বরের উপশম না হইয়া বরং আরো বৃদ্ধি। শরীরের কোন
স্হানে গ্ল্যান্ড প্রদাহিত হইয়া উক্ত লক্ষণ গুলি দেখা দিলে মার্কসল উপকারী।
v হেলিবোরাস
বিকাল ৪টা হতে
রাত ৮টায় জ্বর বৃদ্ধি। অজ্ঞান ভাবে পড়িয়া থাকে। ডাকিলে সাড়া দেয় না। মুখে জলের
পাত্রটি ধরিলে হা করিয়া জল পান করে। কোন কিছু চিবাইবার মতো মুখ নাড়ে। মাঝে মাঝে এক
দিকের হাত পা নাড়ে। অন্য দিকের হাত পা স্হির ভাবে পড়িয়া থাকে। এই সমস্হ লক্ষণে এই
ঔষধ সেবণ করিতে দিয়া কয়েকটি মৃত্যুর পথ যাত্রী রোগীকে আমি আরগ্য হইতে দেখেছি।
v এসিড মিউর
টাইফয়েড জ্বরের
বিকার অবস্হায় বাহ্যি প্রস্রাব অসাড়ে হয় বিড় বিড় করিয়া বকে। মুখে দুর্গন্ধ ঘা,
দাতে ময়লা। অজ্ঞন হইয়া পরিয়া থাকে। অত্যান্ত দুর্বল। বালিশ হতে মাথা গড়াইয়া পড়ে। নীচের
চুয়াল ঝুলিয়া যায়। এক দৃষ্টি চাহিয়া থাকে।
v হায়োসিয়ামস
টায়ফয়েড বা
সূতিকা জ্বরে রোগী অত্যান্ত দুর্বল, আচ্ছন্ন ভাবে পড়িয়া থাকে। মাঝে মাঝে বিড় বিড়
করে। উপরের দিকে হাত তুলিয়া কি যেন ধরিতে চায়। ডাকিলে সাড়রা দেয় না, অজ্ঞান
অবস্হায় চক্ষু মেলিয়া এক দৃষ্টি তাকাইয়া থাকে, বিছানা খোটতে থাকে।
v চিনিনম সালফ
ম্যালেরিয়া
জ্বরের প্রধান ঔষধ। শীত করিয়া কম্প দিয়া জ্বর আসে। তাপমাত্রা বৃদ্ধি পাইয়া ১০৪, ১০৫
এমনকি ১০৬ উঠে।জল পিপাসা ও গায়ে জালা হয়। পরে ঘাম দিয়া জ্বর ছাড়িয়া যায়। এই ভাবে
জ্বর আসা ও ছাড়িয়া যাওয়া ইহার প্রধান পরিচয়।
v চিনিনম আর্স
সর্বদাই শীত
শীত ভাব। জ্বরের পুর্বে ঘন ঘন হাই উঠে। জ্বর প্রত্যাহ বা একদিন অন্তর আসে। জ্বর
ত্যাগ কালে অল্প ঘর্ম হয় কখনও হয়ওনা। অল্প পিপাসা রাতে জ্বর বৃদ্ধি ইত্যাদি লক্ষণে
সবিরাম বা অবিরাম উভয় প্রকার জ্বরেই উপকারী হয়।

জ্বরের প্যথমাবস্হায় ফেরাম ফস উৎকৃষ্ট ঔষধ। কোষ্ঠবদ্ধ জিহ্বায় সাদা প্রলেপ শরীর
বেদনা ইত্যাদি লক্ষণে উক্ত ঔষধ উপকারী।

জ্বর আসিবার
পুর্বে মাথা ব্যাথা ও জল পিপাসা হইতে থাকে। শীত করিয়া কম্প দিয়া বেলা ১০টা ১১টায়
কিংবা বিকালে জ্বর আসে। নিম্ন ঠোটের মধে ভাগ ফাটা ফাটা, জ্বর ঠুটো।

জ্বালার সহিত ঘর্ম বিহিন জ্বর। জ্বর সন্ধায় বৃদ্ধিতে ইহা আমোঘ।

Ø নেট্রাম সালফ
ঠান্ডা আবহাওয়া
কিংবা বর্ষাকালে জলে ভিজিয়া অবিরাম সবিরাম জ্বরে শরীরের টাটানী ব্যথায় ইহা উপকারী।
রোগীর চরিত্রগত লক্ষণ বা রোগলক্ষণের বৈশিষ্ট্য যেমন শীতাবস্হায় পিপাসা বা
ঘর্মবস্হায় পিপাসা কিম্বা জলপান মাত্রেই বমি বা জলপানের কিছুক্ষণ পরে বমি, মানসিক
লক্ষণ ইত্যাদি ঔষধ নির্বাচনের শ্রেষ্ঠ উপায়।
উপসংহার
জ্বর হলে প্রচুর তরল পান: মৌসুমি রোগ নিয়ে চিকিৎসকের
শরণাপন্ন হলে প্রথম উপদেশই পাবেন প্রচুর পানি ও অন্যান্য তরল পান করার। এর কারণ হল
জ্বরের কারণে তাপমাত্রা বাড়লে শরীর দ্রুত পানিশূন্যতার দিকে যেতে থাকে। তাই
পর্যাপ্ত পানির সরবরাহ এখানে অত্যন্ত জরুরি। কুসুম গরম পানি, ফলের শরবত, ডাবের
পানি, চা- যে কোনো তরল খাবারেই বাধা নেই। সর্দি-জ্বর থাকলে প্রতিদিনের লক্ষ্য হবে
আট থেকে ১২ গ্লাস পানি পান করা। আর বেশি তরল পান করলে শরীর থেকে জীবাণু ও অন্যান্য
বিষাক্ত উপাদান বেরিয়ে যাওয়া সহজ হয়। অসুস্থ অবস্থায় যত বেশি সক্রিয়
থাকবেন ততই আপনার শরীরের তাপমাত্রা বাড়বে। তাই বিশ্রামে থাকলে তাপমাত্রা কমবে এবং
রোগমুক্তি হবে দ্রুত। কপাল এবং ঘাড়ের পেছনের অংশে জলপট্টি দেওয়া জ্বর কমাতে
অত্যন্ত কার্যকর। পুরোদস্তুর গোসলের পরিবর্তে কুসুম গরম পানিতে ভেজানো কাপড় দিয়ে
শরীর মোছাও দ্রুত জ্বর কমাতে সাহায্য করে। চিকিৎসকের অনুমতি ছাড়া জ্বর নিয়ে ঠাণ্ডা
পানিতে গোসল করা যাবে না। অন্যথায় শরীরে কাঁপুনি দেখা দিতে পারে এবং জ্বর আরও বেড়ে
যেতে পারে।
বর্জনীয়- শরীরে ‘অ্যালকোহল’ মালিশ: জ্বর কমানো প্রাচীন
এক পদ্ধতি এটি। যা মোটেই নিরাপদ নয়। এই পদ্ধতি জ্বর সারাতে বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই অকার্যকর।
বরং তা ডেকে আনতে পারে ‘অ্যালকোহল’জনীত বিষক্রিয়া। বরফ গোসল: বরফ শীতল পানি বা বরফ ভাসা পানিতে গোসল করা
হয়ত শরীরের তাপমাত্রা কমাবে, তবে তা ডেকে আনবে কাঁপুনি। ফলাফল, জ্বর আরও বাড়বে। কক্ষ
তাপামাত্রার পানিতে গোসল করাই যেখানে মানা, বরফ শীতল পানিতে গোসলের কথা সেখানে অবান্তর।
